evaluation, and payroll processes for efficient and
effective management of the "Human Capital. Our HR function
consists of tracking innumerable data points on each
employee, from personal histories, data, skills,
capabilities, experiences to payroll records.
Our Director, responsible for HR management, and HR Manager
are constantly developing strategies, plans, and training
which are customized and conducted to meet the needs of our
business model, organizational and management demands.
